This is the biggest footprint we’ve seen for a bungalow conversion. We were able to secure a very good price for our clients, and our clients have elected to make it a 4 bedroom upstairs and 4 bedroom for the basement unit as well. I cite in the video that we’re not going to use flush mounted beams, however, we’ve modified the plan to include flush mount beams, (no obstructions in the basement ceiling). More on that in the next video! This a good chance to see a conversion project before it begins. Lots of dated finishes, which in many cases is exactly what we look for.
